1. About GPTrology
GPTrology is an entertainment service that generates personalized tarot readings using artificial intelligence. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform, available at gptrology.com.
2. Entertainment purpose — please read carefully
The interpretations generated by our AI are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or any practical outcome of the readings. Important life decisions should not be based on content generated by the service.
3. Eligibility
Use of GPTrology is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
4. User accounts
You may create an account with an email and password or via Google login (OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
5. Purchases and credits
We offer paid reading packages priced in Brazilian reais (BRL), processed via Stripe (credit card) or Mercado Pago (PIX). Purchased credits do not expire. Current prices are always displayed on the pricing page before you confirm a purchase.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Under Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, art. 49), you have the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase, provided the credits acquired have not yet been used. To request a refund, contact us at support@gptrology.com.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content — brand, design, text, template interpretations, and code — is owned by GPTrology or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access to readings without express authorization.
9. Limitation of liability
GPTrology is not liable for decisions made based on generated readings. The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
